Great store?? super friendly and understanding. Great comment, even if something goes wrong (human! Anyone can make mistakes) after mistakes they make twice as much effort to fix them. The food is really bad, had ordered schnitzel, Hawaii gratinated. e.g. It was just a thin cloth, not baked, and cream not even seasoned, just out of the cup and into the bowl. They only understand Hawaii: Slap on the apricot from the can no pineapple in it. The food was just perverse, I threw it away. Never again!!!

Somehow the meat is no longer my thing. It recently had a very strange, "rotten" aftertaste that took some getting used to. Not very appetizing. I am not that picky about that either and get my kebab in different stalls, but I noticed that.

Pizza delicious, huge selection

I have ordered here frequently and have often been disappointed. Either something was forgotten, sometimes whole dishes, sometimes extra requests, which is probably due to someone answering the phone who hardly speaks German or the supplier was late (which is very bad if you only have a half-hour break). But this time the arch was overstretched when there was a hair in my Turkish pizza. Is it asking too much as a cook (!) To wear a hairnet? You can even do that at McDonald's. I can recommend any other pizzeria in Waldbröl as an alternative.

Got diarrhea not so hot. I can't recommend it. Order was also wrong before. Food was completely oversalted. Finally, a very rude service.

Never seen such bad service or food so bad. I ordered food, half of it was wrongly delivered, one thing was missing and the entire order was cold. I then called there and said what was wrong, they didn't want to see the error, were rude and we could eat cold food. Never again.

Nice

The service is unfriendly and there are strange people hanging around the grill. While waiting for my french fries, I watched the waitress put corn with their hands on the pizza and touch everything else with it beforehand. Hygiene is not particularly important there. Never again!

Very bad and totally unfriendly delivery service and ramps inclusive, had lately delivered to the boxberg Waldbröl and then when I had not found the money then the guy would have gone away and would be there without pizza or food because the money is more important than the customers, total greedy and unfriendly behavior even more so this restaurant or fast food place is not recommended and best to eat nothing there that is not a good restaurant or fast food place not to be recommended and outrageous, rude too

Delicious food for little money. It looks a bit bumpy inside, but the food tastes really good. Ümit is getting more and more expensive, and now I prefer to go here. Here the price-performance ratio is right. Top

It tastes not bad because only one thing I have the ladies toilet is very small and there are a few corners that are forgotten when cleaning (window on the front door)

I used to eat there often, still tasty. The portion, however, has diminished. I have no problem for a doner 4-5 € to pay if the portion is right. Unfortunately, this has not been the case here today. There's just more money somewhere else.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Wishes are always fulfilled and it is always a pleasure to sit and eat there.
